Adding chords
I have version 3.4 and would like to add chords to a piece. I viewed the lesson in Mastering Musescore. I don't have "add chords" under the Add category. And it is also not available on my Master Palette. Please advise.

If you mean Chord Symbols: Select a note or rest; click Ctrl -K and start typing
3.4 is very outdated, update to 3.6.2 at least. Maybe also install 4.0.1
Indeed, 3.4 is extremely old, but also, that versions as well as 3.6.2 and also 4.0.1 have chord symbols under the Add menu, under the Text submenu. So Add, then Text, then you'll find chord symbols. But Ctrl+K is much simpler. My "Mastering MuseScore" course definitely covers that, but do be sure you are looking at the correct version of the course for whichever version of MuseScore you are using.
