First page is on second page.

I've been writing an arrangement for concert band for the last few weeks, but didn't open the file for a few days since I was taking a break. For some reason, now all the measures have been moved to the next page over. The first page is blank with zero measures, with only the titles at the top. Everything else is moved to the next page over. How do I move it back?
