splitting a bar
Using Musescore 2.3.1 arrangement in 3/4 time. Writing for Handbells and chimes played together. How do I split a bar so that the last beat can go on the next line of music which is where the handbells start to play?

Last Mu2 is 2.3.2, no reason to stick with 2.3.1.
Mu3 has a tool for this, in Mu2 you'd have to do it all manually:
Insert a measure before the one you want to split, shorten it via right-click/measure properties, cut/paste the previous measure into the new one, shorten the old measure, tick "exclude from measure count", maybe make the barline invisibe, apply the system break to the new measure
