Alto Musesounds not working

In a score where I entered SATB parts, the alto sound does NOT play. The soprano, tenor and bass do playback.

If you highlight just the Alto stave, it plays back fine. It's just a bit too quiet.

Looking in the Mixer, it seems that you already tried to fix this "too quiet" problem for the Soprano voice:
