Answer for MuS 3.6.2.
Apply the text string 'Swing' from the text palette. In the properties you may modify the swing ratio. Default is 60%.

Answer for Mu 4.0.2.
Apply the text string 'Swing' from the Tempo palette.
Use right-click > System text properties to adjust the Swing Settings and select swing ratio.
Apply the text string 'Straight' from the Tempo palette to turn off swing.
