Unable to download MuseHub on mac

Hello everyone, so I downloaded musescore 4 beta and MuseHub back in November, and it worked just fine for about a week or two, and then musescore 4 wouldn't open anymore. I uninstalled both apps and reinstalled them when the official release of ms4 came out, and ms4 installs just fine, but every time I try to install musehub I get this error message in the two screenshots below. I even installed ms4 and hub on a different mac, which both also worked fine for a while, and then muse hub stopped working and got rid of some of the muse sounds I used in ms4. Now when I try to open muse hub on this other computer, I get the same message. What's going on? How do I fix it? I'm on mac OS 13, so that's new enough, it seems that's not the issue. Help!
