un-classic (to me) music notation

Morning all,
I would like to convert/write the attached score on MuS.
The only issue is that I've never seen that type of music notation, and I don't even know what's called in order to be able to search it on the Internet.
Can anybody provide me with a link where I can learn from how to convert it to classic music notation?
