Same not but different intonation

I am puzzled by this. I have two scores open. The same note (for example natural D) on two different scores has different pitch. Both have the same key signature. But the natural D in one score sound one interval higher than the other one. Couldn't figure out why. Both are piano for the instrument.

If you mean "one octave" higher (rather than "one interval"), carefully observe the clef:

They could be different, regardless of key signature.
Also check for 8va or 8vb lines.
As already mentioned, attaching the score is best.
