Slash Notation
I am trying to enter slash rhythmic notation in musescore and need help figuring it out. Thanks

Enter the notes first using any note in voice one, then run Tools / Toggle rhythmic slash notation. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/slash-notation for (a little) more info.
