Can't go back before arpeggio using left arrow

During playback, I can normally use the left and right arrow keys to move the play head (blue) slightly forward or backward. Left arrow goes back in time, right arrow goes forward in time. However, arpeggios break this. If I press left arrow when playing an arpeggio, it will just replay the arpeggio, never taking me to a point before the arpeggio. The right arrow, meanwhile, works as expected with arpeggios. Demo file attached.
