(Website) Add "mscz," and "mscx," to list of supported extensions

The upload feature only allows certain file extensions for attachments included on the forums and issue tracker.

Could we add mscz, and mscx, (with the comma and the end) to the list of supported extensions?

Yesterday I asks someone to attach one of these files. Today I realized that it is not possible.
