Microtonal Playback Issue

I've manually adjusted the playback tuning value on some notes in Musescore 4.0.2.230651553 by sharpening some of them by 50 cents. When performing the playback as I select each note, it sounds correct. But, when I play the score in its entirety, it seems to not be the same tuning., Rather, the notes sound sharpened by 100 cents? Does anyone have any advice for this?
