Violincello not wanting to play in playback.

It has decided not to play from a certain point. The first few bars , it plays, yet it doesn't play for the rest, and i have checked the mixer, and the Violincello sound bar moves when its ment to play. I have tried reverted to factory settings, twice, yet to no change.
