save as doesn't save on new file
Ubuntu Karmic, Musescore 0.9.6 2148 "Jaunty" (installed from debian package)
The "Save as " command doesn't create any file, at least when used with a new file.

This is a known bug in Qt 4.5. We worked around it for the 0.9.5 release. There is also a bug report for the prereleases .
