Error in shortcuts "A" (cannot input note "A")

I have a truble with shortcuts.
I cannot input only "A" note with shortcuts.
I can input other than "A" (C,D,E,F,G,B) but I can't only "A".
I checked all shortcuts keys in setting and "A" is not assigned in other function.
Does anyone have same problem?
Could you give some advise for resolve?

OS: macOS 13.3, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.1.0-231921401
