Chord Names Not Appearing Correctly
Chord names which include "sus4" are showing as Ae18d instead of Asus4. Also Names including a sharp bass note are showing as A/Fe10c instead of A/F#. I've updated to 4.1 and tried editing using ctrl+K but don't seem to be able to fix problem. Problem seems to be confined to one file as it does not appear in other files treated the same way.

Does that score stem from a MusicXML import?
Your score seems to be using a custom/unsupported chord description XML file to control the display of the chord symbols; the problem appears to be with that file. Simple fix is just scrap that and use the built-in Standard or Jazz styles instead (Format / Style / Chord symbols).

Thanks I will give that a go. Original file was probably created in a very old version of Musescore.
I opened your attachment, went to Format > Style > Chord symbols and changed Style to either Standard or Jazz. The chord names rendered correctly, as expected..
Then I clicked the undo icon (or Ctrl Z) and they reverted back to the custom font, but remained spelled correctly. This fix also survived saving and re-opening the score.
