Online published score playback displays correctly, but plays note from prior version
My most recent updates of https://musescore.com/user/2770276/scores/11260567 display correctly, but still plays a note from several versions back. Please, what is causing that?
The score plays back correctly in the desktop MuseScore program.
Please listen to Measure 14 online, and offline.
Here is the offline version (which plays back correctly):

Seems a bug on musescore.com, try reporting it there?
And update to 4.1.1, and maybe re-upload with that?

When I upload it with 4.1.1 (and use MuseSound rather than MS Basic) it plays correctly
