Hello,

How do I make the Musescore sheets scroll as I'm playing along with the backing track?

It should automatically unless you turned off the "pan score" option, under the settings icon on the playback toolbar.

if you mean you want it to scroll "continuously" instead of just when the cursor reaches the right-hand side of the page, that feature should be coming in 4.2.
