Android “error on open file” when importing mscz into Musescore app
When I try to import a file into the Musescore app songbook, I get an error message, “Error on open file” (see attached screen shot).

If this is a known issue, where can I find out what is known about it, and what is being done about it?
When I search the "How and where to ask for support" forum, my own report appears near the top of the list of results.

Don't search, just click on the link that Jojo gave you and you will see that this .org site is not the right place to seek help on the mobile apps, This site deals only with the Musescore notation editor. You need to go somewhere on the musescore.com site. Here https://musescore.com/groups/improving-musescore-com/ may be a good place to start.
