No menu bar
Ive paid for Muscescore Pro, downloaded and installed on a new macbook but there is no menu bar or way to access score. Ive written to customer service 2x and absolutely no help. Any ideas? Thanks!

Whether you paid vor a Pro subscription on musescore.com or not has no meaning at all for the MuseScore Editor (here on macOS apparently) or the musescore.org website.
Esp. there is no way at all to write to customer support, other than posting here in the forum.
First try to revert MuseScore to factory settings, via the command line, check https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/revert-factory-settings#instruction… and replace 3 with 4
