Making custom bends
I have found this page (https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/guitar-techniques), and unfortunately, it does not appear to be correct. When I look at the guitar palate, I only have an option to insert full step bends, and there is no Bends section in the Properties panel.
I have provided screenshots of the Properties panel, the Guitar palate, and what happens when I right click on the bend option in the Guitar palate to show you what I do see.

Your picture of the Properties panel shows the properties of a note (in the score).
To see the properties of a bend, click on a bend (in the score).
Note: Playback of bends is not functioning yet in MuseScore 4.
