removing measures
I'm just learning the program. How do I delete unneeded measures that remain after my transcription ends? I started with a 32 bar template, but only need 18 bars to make it complete.

Tools>Remove trailing empty measures.

Other way: select them and press CTRL+DEL.
This works also for measures in between and regardless of beeing empty or not.
