Profile Changes Not Saving

Hello!

I'm a new user, and I've been trying for some time to make changes to my profile (name, birthday, state, timezone, bio, etc.), and when I hit "Save" at the bottom of the page after putting in all of my info, it reloads the page and all of the boxes are blank. I've checked my profile page, and there are no changes there. This happened yesterday and has continued to happen this morning as well. Can anyone help out?
