Musescore 4.2.0 Testing: Whacky playback
I've tried without the breath marks - no difference. It always pauses briefly at breath marks (caesura).
I've tried to play it on Mus.4.1.1, won't let me (maybe just as well ;o)

Here's my suggestion.
Get rid of the breath marks. C+P the parts into a new score. BTW as far as I know the song starts on beat one not beat three. When I did the C+P, playback was correct.
This is known issue. It works (caesura adds 2s pause), but you need to save and reopen score.

Thanks guys, I fell into the trap of copying the same looking symbol into Musescore. A ''breath mark (comma)'' did the trick.
