moving notes up and down the staff
i used to be able to move multiple notes up and down the staff when having multiple notes selected, but now when i go to move multiple notes within a measure, it only moves one singular note. if there's anyway of changing this back please please let me know

Workaround: hold the selection with Shift key during dragging with the mouse?

Note you have to drag the rightmost note in the selection, otherwise the selection changes to end at the selected note.
I've resorted to using keyboard up/down.

Better: hold Shift and Ctrl keys when using the mouse, no matter the note dragged (firt, last etc.)
For the record, the fix is already merged: https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/20941 (for the 4.2.1)
May be tried too in a Nightly.
I have found a solution it seems. When clicking multiple notes, to drag it down you have to click on the last note selected and drag it down. It doesn't seem to work otherwise, I believe the little video below is the same thing essentially.
