Fixing midi corruption problems?

Hello all
I just took my song from ableton to MS and the project is corrupted with the message "the voice is too long" I know this is a very common mistake, but wanted to ask if there was a way to auto correct the mistakes as they are a lot and I'm not sure how to fix it as it was played using midi, i added my song

Ableton exported a Midi? If this is so please post the midi. Unfortunately, midi import isn't very good in MuseScore. Especially from a DAW. Note values aren't precise enough for notation.
