Enter lyrics does not work correctly (MS 4.2, last)

• Jan 17, 2024 - 15:34

Hi, using the latest appimage for Linux, when I enter lyrics, the hyphen, "-" does not go to the next syllable. It is very annoying.
It is working correctly in MS 3.
I did a small video screen capture to show the behaviour in MS 3 and 4 :

Using Ubuntu 22.04 with swiss keyboard (but the problem persists with the English one).

Appimage working fine for me:
OS: Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.2.0-233521125, revision: eb8d33c

GB keyboard, UK extended WinKeys. i have a customised keyboard layout to enter accents for European languages, Pinyin, High Valerian (a passing phase on Duolingo) but based on the vanilla one that comes with ubuntu and i haven't changed the - key.

Does the hyphen key return the correct code? I ran xev from a terminal and it returns code 2d for the hyphen. and for the NumPad minus key and both work when entering lyrics.
