Score randomly slowed and pitched down
I was in the process of writing, I saved it then went and ate dinner. When I come back, musescore had crashed, so I reopened it and opened the score back up, and all of the sudden everything is slowed down by like 20% and detuned by a half step. I have no clue what happened.

Update - this seems to be the case with all of my scores, not just the one I was working on at the time

If this is windows, I think I would want find out why MuseScore crashed. Like in Event Viewer. In the meantime, how about a reboot.
Did the computer go into sleep mode during the break? Then restart it.
Also check the sound card settings, especially the sampling rate. It should be set to 44.1 kHz.
