In Mu4 you can't - the feature is not supported.
Instead you can use Mu 3.6.2 or Mu 3.7 Evolution, with menu option View > Documents Side by Side.

It can be done. But it would have to be with two instances of MU4 open at the same time. You have to fiddle with getting the size right. Not as easy as MU3. But it can be done if you really need it.
