notation
An old score from 1942 for piano has lines drawn between notes on the treble staff and the bass staff instructing the artist to play notes written in a voice on the bass staff with the right hand. This falls into the fingering palette but I don't find it.
Is there a way to notate this in the pdf?

Those line are in the Master palette under Keyboard techniques. You might need to check the manual about how to use the master palette.
