Is there a way that I can sort my scores the way I like--in this case , alphabetical order?

On this forum (musescore.org) we discuss the MuseScore free notation software.
I assume that you are talking about your scores saved online on musescore.com ?
If so, try the Statistics view:
https://musescore.com/score/stats/user/index
... and click on the SCORES column header on the left.
Those aren't your actual scores. Just links to them. So, I would say no.
