Where did some percussion instruments go?

I wanted to report a problem with the Maracas and Sandpaper Blocks.
The preferred way of reporting a problem is to try it first on the newest nightly build. Fine.
However, those instruments and many others are missing on the newest build, so I can't report them in the way I'm supposed to.
So here's a different bug: some unpitched percussion instruments are missing, and I can't respond to the original bug I started with.

Those instruments are both present, but not in the default "Common Instruments" subset. You have to choose "All Instruments" in the drop down menu at the top of the dialog in order to see those and other less common percussion instruments.
