In MuseScore 4, go to the upper right, in the Play Panel, where the Rewind / Play/Stop / Loop buttons are. Immediately right of Loop is the Metronome button. You can even switch it on and off while the score is playing.
If you have a different version, tell us. (Best to identify your MuS version when you ask a question.)
