"Your score is being processed. It will automatically be displayed when finished"

Hi ...

So out of the few scores I am actively working on, there is one that I haven't been able to access for the last few weeks ever since I attempted to save it to My Scores on the Musescore website.

One day I received a message indicating that

"Your score is being processed. It will automatically be displayed when finished".

Usually that process is done in minutes but with one particular score, It seems to be stuck in this stage.

My instincts tell me a process must have frozen in the back end.

How do I get this score to finish the saving process so that I can access again?
