LAYOUT OF LYRICS

I am using the lyrics function for note names.
If I adjust that 4 down, all the lyrics will drop down too, to be closer to the fingering.
It makes it too crowded.
How can I edit fingering and lyics so that don't cause each other to ever move?

Why? There is plugins for this.
If the goal is to obtain note names and fingerings strictly straight (?), why not use the figured bass command (Ctrl+G) to input fingerings, under the staff (by default)
Otherwise, the distance of lyrics is always editable, e.g. in menu Format/Style/Lyrics etc. See: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/lyrics#lyrics-properties
