Power points
I have attempted to create power points with Musescore, and have not found a good way to separate measures to fit on a page...normal PP has two lines of music per page and aim is to break music at a pause and never on an 8th note. Need suggestions on this.

Do you mean Microsoft PowerPoint? Or what is Power points instead?
Regardless of this, you have many options for formatting the sheet in Musescore. There are system breaks, page breaks and you can stretch and compress individual, several or all measures. You can also change the scaling of everything in the page settings.
With these options, you should be able to find the right look.
