Account problems

I had been a PRO member for several years and purchased several courses. Today I tried to login after an absence. MuseScore doesn’t recognize any of my email addresses, my username, or passwords. I even had 2 subscriptions, but they aren’t working even though it says my subscription has been restored (without logging in)! There’s no option for contacting MuseScore for help; and, I will not subscribe to PRO unless this is fixed. Then, all of a sudden, I’m logged in! But I don’t know the password, so I can’t reset it. And the account is empty of all my prior content. Phewy!
