Muse sounds not woking

I have muse sounds turned on but there seems to be no difference in the sound. It's been like that for a day now, since I updated Musescore and I can't find the problem. The sound is very clearly not like before.

So, View>Playback settings does show MuseSounds active. When you open the mixer, do you see MS Basic at the top or instrument names? Have you restarted your computer since updating?
