Please if you have not already done so, cancel any subscription to the above mentions sites.
I ask for a refund as I have not use either of these sites.

My church got billed for these and I try cancelling it right away on the day I ordered as I didn't use it and decided I wouldn't use it in the future. Please refund these fees.

I am currently in the process of trying to cancel my PRO+&COURSES LITE MUSE account AND Automatic Payment FOR THE THIRD TIME. There is ABSOLUTELY no way to cancel this account in my account online. There is no way to phone MUSESCORE. Each time I tried to cancel I was told it would be taken care of. The next thing I know I'm getting a "Your Payment Has Been Accepted" notification. So, for the third time I'm making this darned payment. I sent a message to SUPPORT, as I did each of the previous two times. It had better be taken care of this time ...

I want to cancel my subscribtion. This is just a money machine. I tried to fill in the form and then I should be able to unsubscribe after an hour. The form could not be completed. So this is just you making money on customers like me receiving nothing and not wanting to buy your product.
This isn’t fair.

Ir is not my job to satisfy you. You're posting your question/complaint to the wrong site, that's all I can say. Just stop pestering us unpaid volunteers here on musescore morg with stuff that has to be dealt with on musescore.com and esp. after having been told about it numerous times.

This is a total rip off. When I purchased one score there was no mention of me subscribing to a service I have no need of. You have deducted money from my bank account without my authorisation. I have cancelled my "membership" and see that you will not refund the subscription fee which is frankly criminal. Not only that had I not cancelled I see that the monthly "subscription" would have increased next month, As I say a total ripoff
