Change colour of noteheads

In MuseScore 3 it was possible in the inspector to select the colour of various elements. It looks like that's no longer possible, or at least I haven't been able to find how to do this. Under Properties one can change various things, but not the colours. I'm particularly interested in changing the colour of certain noteheads, but this should be possible with any element.
