I downloaded your file and saved it to my computer, I don't get any error messages but I never tried to published it so it's possible that there where the culprit is. I'm using MS 4.3.2 on a W11 computer,
It's not incorrect, but for clarity I would write the rests in e.g. measure 8 (Cl, 3/4) differently, i.e. a 1/2 rest followed by a 1/4 rest (in measure 9 Cl, 3/4, you use this).
