"two pages" view shows pages vertically stacked (& thus tiny) rather than side-by-side
I'm in MuseScore Studio 4.4.1, and when I select "Two Pages" zoom in the bottom right, it shows the pages stacked vertically (which results in an unreadably-small 40% zoom), rather than next to each other as I'd expect. How can i see two pages of my score at the same time, side-by-side so that they're readable and use the available space of a landscape monitor???
two screenshots attached:
1. the musescore behavior
2. the behavior of forscore, which does what i'd expect
thanks for any insights...

It works ok for me.
This is what I see, for example with Two pages selected in the zoom control.
Try reverting to factory settings from the help menu. This will also revert any shortcut/palette customisations you may have made. You may want to save those before hitting the revert button. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/revert-factory-settings for more details
if that doesn't work perhaps there is something particular about your score. Please attach it (the .mscz file) so that someone can investigate.

Thank you, resetting everything worked. Now just to get things set up again like I like them...

The specific setting that may have caused this is probably Edit > Preferences > Canvas > Scroll pages.
