Sibelius to musescore file conversion?

Hi, I know its only possible to convert sibelius files to xml if you already have sibelius, which I don't. Can anybody convert it for me? I have to put it in a zip folder to upload it

This was made in a newer version than I have. How many staves is it. The free version of Sibelius works with four staves.
