Billed completely wrong

I ordered one year of the subscription for my granddaughter on 9/10/24. It was a special for 24.99. Upon getting my credit card bill I was billed 44.99 PLUS another 39.99!!! I am a retired poor grandmother who went over and above to get sheet music for my granddaughter for 24.99 for a year. Now I have to dispute it as there is noone apparently to talk to with musescore. Highly annoyed and ripped off.

The elephant in the room is that MuseScore.com is managed to maximize profit in the short term and threatens the MuseScore brand in a negative way. I'm currently dealing with getting a refund from MuseScore.com and their response has been nothing short of insulting. Whoever the CEO of MuseScore.com is, they are running the website in an unprincipled way. I downloaded a transcription only to find out it was incomplete. When I asked for my money back, they offered me a 25% refund. There are hundreds of complaints against MuseScore.com because of their deceptive tactics. I have used the MuseScore apps for years and it pains me that the sister company is run by grifters.
