Adding tied notes ; + button isn't working
Hello,
I am struggling with adding tied notes. I hit the + key, but that doesn't work. Whenever I hit the + key, it highlights the sharp sign and tries to add a sharp to the note. Any suggestions?

Default key for a tie is T in the current version. + as you found is now sharp.

You can change customize shortcuts in Edit>Preferences if you want to get back to the way it was in the old days.

After downloading the new update, it seems like T also isn't working now...

Have you tried to define another shortcut for the tie (in Preferences/Shortcuts) ?

I just went back a release, to MuseScore Studio (I'm pretty sure) 4.4.2, maybe I'll re-download 4.4.3 and try that
If you redefine the shortcut as "T" it works again.

Thanks very much! That fixed the problem for me. Hope this issue is fixed in an upcoming release so others don't need to sniff out a fix.

Yes, it'll be fixed in 4.4.4, which is in the works currenty
Meanwhile though re-adding that T shortcut is the workaround
