corrupted file (help)

hello! I saw others suffering just as me and I have spent a good hour or so trying to fix this file (its for an exam, its killing me) but nothing works for me using 7-Zip. Could anyone help me? (it does not even open)

The file is beyond help. It only consists of 59kByte zeros.
