The oboe can be a problem. Usually it is that there is a random overtone when it plays certain notes that clash with other instruments. I found that in your case if you mark non vibrato staff text just before the solo, the problem goes away. Either that or don't use Db just before the C.

thank you, the staff text did not work for me, but I changed the quarter note Db to an eighth note, which worked fine.
