Join the Pro but not able to download anything

After I clicked the download button and try to download, it would recommend me to join the pro or start my free trial. But I confirmed from personal dashboard that I am no doubt still own a pro membership. If I try to click the "go pro" or "start your free trial" button it would just keep redirect me to the page of https://musescore.com/dashboard
