ORCHESTRA ORDER

In the Instruments Panel I want to get the Instruments in Orchestra Order.
I have been able to do it in the past - but I can't do it now. How do I get the
option to chose Orchestra or Choir or Marching Band (etc.)?

Press the letter i to open the Instruments dialog where you can choose the order (Orchestra or Choir or Marching Band etc.).
--OR--
Click Add from the Instruments panel.
