Notes with Letter Names
I have downloaded a score from Musicscore.com that has all the notes with their letter names right on them. How can I replace these notes with regular notes?

So, in your use case, last step: select "Normal" instead "Pitch Names".
You'll get regular notes.

As suggested above, the MuseScore handbook contains a wealth of useful information. You could also use a search engine like Google, which often makes it easy to find answers to such questions. In this case you can Google musescore notes with letter names to find text and video answers to your question.
